- With great sadness I have to announce the sudden passing last night of Rick D'Louhy. If you were at ANY Car Cruise or Car Show, you would have seen Rick walking around passing out flyers in one of his colorful shirts that he would always wear and talking to his many friends who would be there. You couldn't miss him. He was the guy with the huge smile on his face, a hand full of flyers and he was about 6 ft 5 inch's tall. He was everywhere promoting some kind of car show. Anything car related. He was also the founder of the Daytona Beach Dream Cruise. I'm not sure of the exact amount of years that Rick and I were friends, but probably at least 25 years. Such a Smart, Kind, Happy man. I will miss his Huge smile and hearing his "HEY PAT" as we would pass each other at Car Show. RIP Rick. I will miss you.
